You all know Robert Danna from my previous recordings. He’s a nuclear engineer and the author of My Curious Life. He’s also been working on a project with Raymond DeRegis to help mentor young people to make them more comfortable in the workplace.

Using AI podcasts and songs, Raymond and Robert have been creating useful content in a way that’s easier for young people to access. As we were recording, it occurred to me that 50 years ago they might have simply written a book. Today it makes more sense to distribute your knowledge in places young people already inhabit.

With all the bad information that’s out there in the world, it’s nice to come across a project like this. I expect this resource will be useful both for young people and for parents who want to help prepare their children for the challenges ahead.

It’s always better to have the information you need before you realize how much you need it. Perhaps one way to use this resource would be for parents to listen to the podcasts and then use them as the starting point for conversations with their kids. Add in your own experience to make it even better.

Finally, Raymond and Bob both said they’d love to hear from any of you with a business related story to tell that might be useful to the next generation. I know that many of my followers have written on workplace discrimination, and Bob emphasized that DEI content is a big part of his program.
