I always enjoy these chats with Ben on Thursday. He’s finding excellent guests. The real power of Substack is taking the opportunity to chat with all these wonderful content creators. There are so many rational and insightful people out there—why does the mainstream media have such a hard time elevating reasonable people (is it because the mainstream media doesn’t want to broadcast reasonable perspectives?).
Anyway, I tell the famous Kiss story in this interview, and provide a great parenting idea about how you should show your kids Yojimbo, followed by a Fistful of Dollars, and then Last Man Standing. It’s a great idea (don’t actually do it).
