This feels like a perfect message for a Sunday morning... less can be more, quiet can be loud, and weak can be the most extraordinary power. Something we all need to remember. Thanks, Walter.

This was a wonderful essay. Seeing the title I was ready to dismiss it as touchy-feely gobbley goop so I skimmed it. But then I went back and read it through. I know you are right in what you are saying, that leading people gently is more effective than hitting them over the head with your position. A nudge is more effective than a shove.

The problem is that I am so angry, so enraged by what is happening that I don’t feel like whispering. I want to scream and curse.
