I have never heard about how in Russian movies the cowboys never won, and I'd say, "Oh, it's showing that the west is imperfect." However, I think it's as much eastern propaganda intended to turn people against "the democratic west" as much as in the west the "good guys" are shown to be the only ones who have scruples, and who wore the white hats versus the black hats. It's all subliminal programming against "other." It's very scary that what we see is what we tend to causally believe when we have to teach our children intellectual discernment and independent thought, as well as how to raise questions of the people stating narrow-minded assertions as fact. I believe we have a moral obligation to question the very foundations of those assertions. There's a way to do it, diplomatically. In my family, it was encouraged to speak our minds, but if we dared to join the well- versed adults to say what we thought we learned, right quick, we better be able to back it up with facts. Otherwise, it's just noise.

Can we somehow create a national registry or a phone list of those citizens or shut-ins who need help getting their legal documentation to vote at the polls in 2026. We need to meet their needs ahead of time. And we might create a coalition of volunteers who can help people get to the polls or give them stamps or drive them to the post office to mail-in their ballots.

It's a great point about echo chambers. We have to, consciously, deliberately, branch out to further educate ourselves about oppositional positions so we can be prepared to dispel the lies with truth. Though it's an expression, it IS important to "know thy enemy," though, some people in this fight are not our enemies, but perhaps those that have just been misinformed or disinformed.

Yes, WHO is programming AI is essential to address, OR limit it from addressing any social values or morals and restrict it to other realms.

Thank you for this discussion.

Be well!
