There's always been those who relish ignorance and thuggery. They are anti intellectualists. To them learning is a struggle, being thoughtful and kind, a struggle. It is easier for them to be bullies, grow up bullies, and push their strong arm tactics on those they perceive as inferior. We must stand up to them with the intelligence and information truth. It's a struggle. I'm not good with comprehending the why bully, be we must, we can, and we will succeed. Thanks for the thought provoking post.

There is no getting through to them. There is scientific data proving that their brains are actually malformed. You can’t convince someone of anything, when their brain actually shuts down when presented with opposing facts.

Walk away. Don’t waste your breath. Find like minded people.

These people are well past indoctrinated. History validates this. Isaac Asimov said: “There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there always has been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that ‘my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.”

They are the ultimate result of a hate that is financially and psychologically profitable to them. I can’t waste what little time and energy attempting to address their fucked-up lives. They are the ultimate enemy and they need to be ignored. I’ll continue to build a new reality with those who begin to understand and want to reform.
