Misogyny is one of the main tools of the oppressors. In my opinion, the fact that many churches prohibit women from being ordained is one of the main drivers of misogyny in our culture. You're right, there are many things that need to be better in our society.

I've been writing a story for my daughters about a princess who fights the patriarchy. It includes a scene where men tell her she can't walk around by herself. She challenges them to a duel and humiliates them :)
Thanks for inspiring me to rage write in my journal this morning. I too am sick of pandering to the truth-resistance of these sycophants. After 61 years living in this imperfect country, i give no more Fs about the WATBs who vote with their heads up their a$$e$. Watching their comeuppance is not enjoyable for me, but I don’t feel sorry for them. They have inflicted too much damage on this country already, innumerable dead schoolchildren is just one example. These people soiled their own bed and now they need to lie in their own waste, or get busy cleaning it up.
