Aw! It's a good thing you commented! I had misread it! The live is 9:45AM ET Awesome, I'll be there! I also changed it in the article. I can be a doofus! Time zones always get me!

I like this style update, Walter. Got any 'buy it for life' recs? I tried to start up a thread on that... but I've got no reach. I need potholders... that will stand the test of time. I want the next set I buy to literally be inherited by my children. (All products... ideally, lol.)

you mean things that you buy which will last forever? Useful things? That's an interesting concept if I'm understanding you correctly :)

Yes, it’s a concept, often times companies that just make durable goods, or also companies that stand by their products with true ‘forever’ or ‘lifetime’ warranties .. there are subreddits on this topic, but the audience there is less diverse than here, so you miss some of the older generations that have actually had an item in use for 40+ years, and still going.

Thanks so much for having my memoir on your summer reading list. I enjoyed our conversation and multiple exchanges on Substack. Always thoughtful and thought provoking. Although the theme of my book is about how curiosity can drive all aspects of your personal, professional and business life, there is a meme you have probably seen that contains words I reflect on all of the time, “Your time on earth is limited. Don't try to 'age with grace,' age with mischief, audacity, and a good story to tell.” After hearing my story I hope you, and your readers and listeners, can have some takeaways that are valuable in navigating our challenging and crazy world today. As a preview your followers can also check out my website at www.mycuriouslife.net. Thanks again for all of your great work.
