If I may add, people with zero self worth often join cults. MAGA is Exhibit A. To believe in a savior who is a felonious degenerate grifter fascist, how much self worth does a person have? I believe the correct answer is: Zero.

Absolutely true. They try to prove themselves by showing how much pain they can take.

Excellent assessment of people who lack self-worth.

Part of their brain is also missing. And I agree that anyone who follows and votes for the orangeman is not capable or worthy of respect and should be shunned. 🇺🇸

A large part of the problem though, is they haven't been given even the minimum respect we all deserve, from childhood. There's an interpersonal and political ongoing lack of attention being paid to the specific problems they face. The political shunning started at birth and is based on several factors that aren't entirely within their control.

Anyway, I really got a kick out of your clever title and article. I enjoyed how you wove tidbits matching trump in, around, and throughout the entire post very, ahem, quietly so as to capture tRUMPophiles? who might be reading somewhat off guard? That may not have been your intent, but I picked up on it, and by the time I finished reading I was laughing out loud. I appreciate how you state matter-of-factly what you are addressing but there seems to always be a bit of tongue in cheek for the more advanced reader. Your pieces are informative and enjoyable to read

Why do people eople with zero self worth always look for external “solutions” to their problems? What does it take to bring them some measure of enlightenment when it’s an inside job and they not only resist opening the door to that but also openly mock anyone who suggests they give it a try?

I also feel sympathy for people who live in this perpetual state of self loathing, but I absolutely know they are not who should be running our country.

The idea that a “dear leader” will solve their problems is sadly ludicrous, based on history alone, but an internal lack of awareness makes it impossible for them to see that. It is never them who are the problem, it is always the “other” people. Common sense says that if you continually have the same problem, you are most likely the common denominator….

Self loathing like Tim Scott Byron Donalds

Exactly, they sought exception for being a man from people that are not real men themselves. Only praise from white mentors are what they are after. Doesn’t matter if they are racist and stupid like trump and JD Vance they want their approval to validate their own well being. They never had any self worth to begin with.

Except we are being cheated and the world is unfair… because greedy fascists and authoritarians keep it that way

I’m pretty sure I became the gray zone because the binary feels so harsh and unnatural. It’s rigid and unforgiving like a machine with no soul. The world is a beautiful spectrum, but they trap us between a bleak world of black and white.

I’ll go back and read the whole article. Can’t stop at the moment

Biden is a good man and a worthy president. Trump is the individual who attempted to overthrow the government. You can't seriously believe otherwise.

So, you just answered the question that the media and the late night talk show hosts have been struggling with for almost four years now? (maybe eight...)

"Why are Trump supporters STILL supporting Trump?"

Society always needs one person to say "the thing" out loud. What you are saying certainly feels right, it feels true. Your idea has been niggling at the periphery of my awareness for a while now, but your words put the pieces I saw into more complete picture, hence your words feeling so true.. Mainstream Media is unwilling or unable to say this types of thing, despite asking the very same question,

This is a great STARTING POINT, As every trades person knows it is so much easier to fix a problem, once you finally get enough info from a scared, angry, and/or frustrated customer.

(also, the article voice over option is fantastic).

Love what you are doing Mr. Walter Rein.

Cheers!

And yet you are still in the minority! That’s why you need the Electoral College. C’mon, you know it’s true. Trump has never yet received the majority of the vote.

What is considered "good" and "bad" varies amongst individuals and organizations. So we are never going to agree entirely about what they really mean.

Well said. They need join clubs and find self worth and social capital that’s bonding and bridging. The rise of MAGA isn’t just bowling alone it’s the failure of churches to be anything other than GOP ditto heads.

Traitor Trump seeks out the praise of Putin, President Xi, and Kim Jung Un! He also seeks out the praise from others with zero self worth! Traitor Trump, and his cult, do NOT have self worth!! He should be easy to beat in November; if we, true American patriots, fight for our freedom, country, constitution, and democracy!!

Trying to “prove oneself” is a sure sign of little self worth and, as Carol Dweck identifies in her book, Mindset, a sure sign of a fixed mindset. It is always amazing to me when people can’t see through the bluster. The number One all time mist insecure and weak nan in the world is D Trump. Its just so fucking obvious to anyone who understands being human. Those who don’t understand start by hating themselves FOR being human. Makes me sad, because healing all the anti-human “born in sin” ideology could transform our culture.

I don’t care how much self worth they have. Clearly they don’t give a shit about anyone else. After receiving multiple death threats from my vermin MAGat brother, I would be more than happy if they all dropped dead tomorrow. Their support shows me how little worth they have for anyone else. Then they can all fuck all the way off.
