Kamala Is Not Going to Lose This Election in the Courtroom—I'm Certain of That Much
Trump has never even tried to earn the popular vote—he hates the concept of “earning” anything
Hello Friends,
We're down to the final week in what has seemed like a 10 year election cycle. Honestly, it feels like the 2020 campaign never ended. Normally, the losing candidate has a shred of character and offers a dignified concession speech for the good of the country. That provides the kind of closure that reminds us we’re all citizens of the same nation.
But Trump is incapable of dignity. He's incapable of statesmanship. We all know there was an attack on the Capitol on January 6th. There were calls to suspend the Constitution. Since then, delusional Donnie has been on a dithering dementia grievance tour in which he's laid out his plans to become a dictator.
I'm serious.
The most recent obscenity in a long line of obscenities was a bizarre event at Madison Square Garden that appears to have been inspired by the American Nazi rally of 1939. The sound bites coming out of this event would be shocking if the corporate media hadn't become so desensitized to Trump’s hate language.
Those of us with spouses who are immigrants, or who are members of the Black or LGBTQ+ community haven't become desensitized. I can tell you that much. The only ones acting like everything is normal are the rich and the privileged who mistakenly believe they're “insulated” from the worst aspects of a second Trump term.
They're not.
I swear, they must not teach history at ivy league schools. All you have to do is crack open “The Adolf Hitler Playbook” and you can see how Trump has been checking off every item. Instead of calling him out on the things he says, the media comes out with their apologist bullshit about how “oh, he didn't really mean that.”
He didn't huh? Then why is he saying the same thing again and again and again? It's not like he's “accidentally” sprinkling in a bunch of kind words about Kamala. It's not like he's “accidentally” giving the impression that he's going to provide the nation with universal healthcare and free education.
That leads me to think that the white supremacist rhetoric is EXACTLY what the guy intends to convey.
This election cycle has been exhausting, frustrating, and terrifying. I think the reason it's been such a point of stress and anxiety is because the corporate media keeps trying to push lies in our face. We know they're lying. It's obvious that they're lying. But even knowing that, we reserve a part of our minds to consider the consequences of what might happen if the propaganda they're printing turns out to be true.
Friends, I encourage you NOT to think that way. I want to give you permission to use your own judgment and recognize that the math the corporate media is pushing simply doesn't add up.
I don't think the election is going to be close. I think Kamala is going to win in a landslide. I'm basing this on a lot of factors which I think, once I present them for you, will go a long way in helping to appease your anxiety.
First of all, I live in Wisconsin. I've been through a variety of Trump tainted election cycles. Trump lost here in 2020, but that was just the beginning. Partly in response to Trump, Wisconsin elected a former public school superintendent named Tony Evers. He's been a wonderful governor. He's vowed to strengthen public schools. He's vowed to protect reproductive healthcare rights. He's everything MAGA hates, and he keeps winning elections.
In 2022, Evers beat Trump's personally selected radical candidate Tim Michels.
In 2023, liberal judge Janet Protasiewicz dominated the hand-picked, right-wing, anti-abortion candidate Dan Kelly. She won by 11 percentage points. ELEVEN! That's not a contest, that was complete domination.
Now, in 2024, Wisconsin is reporting a 40% increase in early voting. Michigan is breaking early voting records as is Georgia and Pennsylvania. The corporate media that is owned and operated by billionaires who put their grubby little hands on every story that's printed want to act like “they don't know who this helps.”
Don't be absurd. Huge voting turnouts help Kamala. There have been plenty of signs that Trump's support is waning. His candidates have been getting spanked in the last few election cycles. Trump won the Republican primary but there were plenty of signs that he's a weak candidate. Turnout was low and many of the registered Republicans that did show up cast ballots for candidates who were no longer running.
Any responsible person who looks at THE ACTUAL DATA sees that Trump fatigue is real. He's having a hard time matching the crowd sizes Kamala is drawing.
People who are worried about the polls need to question the data. There's evidence to suggest that the corporate media, which has been trying to sanewash Trump for the last 10 years, is publishing a bunch of rigged results. The corporate media is pushing this nonsense because they've been trying to help Trump since the beginning.
Just look at the facts! Trump candidates have been getting defeated by bigger and bigger margins. Trump won a lethargic primary where a lot of Republican voters turned up just to show that they didn't like him. He's struggling to fill venues. People are voting in record numbers!
At no point in any of this is there evidence that suggests Trump has figured out a way to draw in new supporters.
He recently took a swipe at Detroit while he was out campaigning in Detroit!
At some point, if you actually look at the evidence, you can't escape the conclusion that Trump isn't even trying to expand his base.
I'll say that again: HE'S NOT EVEN TRYING TO WIN!
A couple of people have mentioned Trump's true strategy. He keeps revealing pieces of it when he makes slips like saying “I don't need your vote.” He's so out of it that I think he sometimes thinks he's in one of his clandestine meetings when in reality he's speaking right out in open to the public. That never gets any attention because the moment he says anything incriminating, the corporate media comes out with its “well, he didn't really mean that,” spin/distraction.
The real story about the 2024 election that nobody is reporting can be found in all these pre-election lawsuits that are being filed (and thrown out). Headlines about election integrity lawsuits aren't really sexy, but this is where the battle for democracy is being fought. For example, a judge in Georgia recently blocked a whole bunch of MAGA malfeasance.
Trump's true strategy seems to be to create chaos, stop elections from being certified, and then get “appointed” president by some alchemy that involves the court system and the House of Representatives.
At first blush, that strategy seems pretty scary. It seems like something that might actually work. If there's anything that the last 4 years have demonstrated it's that our legal system seems to bow down to tyrants... even tyrants that attempt to overthrow the government. The wheels of justice turn slow (well, for rich people anyway, poor people are shot by police out in the street).
So, yeah, a little anxiety is warranted, but here's the reason I think Trump's unconventional strategy to steal the 2024 election cycle isn't going to work: HE'S A LAZY, IGNORANT, AND INCOMPETENT FOOL!
Trump's 2024 election theft strategy sounds like the type of thing a bunch of guys dressed in sheets might come up with during a secret meeting they hold out in the woods. They get together at night, they light some torches, they mutter some lines about “destiny” and “supremacy.” They call each other “sir.” They get all worked up on their delusional sense of self-importance. Then, the next day, they wake up and try to put their plan in motion only to discover that they are just as much the incompetent losers on that day as they were for every other day in their life.
This plan might have “sounded good” when a former president called up a billionaire buddy on the phone and tried to butter him up with rich guy talk about how people who actually work for a living are “suckers and losers.” Or maybe they talked about it during a round of golf, chortling about how the rules don't apply to them and how they're “genetically superior” because they inherited a billion dollars. Billionaires love to believe their personal delusions of grandeur. But billionaires are also lackadaisical about everything.
The plan isn't going to work because billionaires depend on people complying. They're in for a rude awakening if they think “We The People...” are about to comply on the demand to surrender all our freedoms.
It’s not going to happen.
If you're still skeptical think about it this way: Trump knows he can't beat Kamala Harris at the ballot box, so his plan is to try and get her into a courtroom and beat her there.
His plan is to face her in court... Kamala Harris, the tried and tested prosecutor. That's his plan.
Don't you think he'd have been better off trying to get the votes?
It's kind of a shame that the corporate media isn't covering this story correctly because the whole thing is completely absurd. The more I think about it, the more I'm put at ease.
Start with the most basic. There's no way Trump is going to get more votes than Kamala. It's been 20 years since the Republicans won the popular vote. They're unpopular. Like it or not, nominating a billionaire isn't going to endear them to the working class. It's just not.
The last few election cycles suggest a trend. That trend is a wide scale rejection of right wing extremism.
I think even Trump recognizes that fact and that's why he's not even trying to win the popular vote. But this idea of sowing the seeds of confusion and winning in court is like thinking you're going to lose to Michael Jordan at a game of tic-tac-toe, so you challenge him to a free throw contest.
Only Trump could have conceived of something so entitled, incompetent, and delusional.
I firmly believe that Kamala Harris is the right person for this moment. The doom and gloom of corporate media headlines suggest disaster. However, the actual evidence cited in those same articles gives us cause for optimism. I'm very hopeful. Put your anxiety aside, look at the facts, and vote with confidence. We're going to be okay.

The Media is trying to give Trump cover and the ability to seem as if he has a valid reason to sue.
Encouraging and grounded. Thank you. At this point Trump's campaign strategy is not about winning votes. He disdains his own voters anyway. It is about using the judges he assigned to appoint him the presidency. I'm sure there's more to it than that. Maga is stupid but it is also fueled by evil. It might be because I've been a target of violence in my past, it might be because my grandfather was a POW in Germany during WWII, and it might be because I'm an intuitive, but it's been apparent since 2016 what was up. Us intuitives knew the spirit of the Nazis was back. The US never really dealt with the fascism/nazi presence within itself and now it really must take a stand. All of our WWII veterans didn't go through hell just to have the US taken over by the evil thing they fought against. BTW, the billionaires behind the major news outlets are compromised. I wouldn't worry about the polls.
