If folks haven't realized Trump is mentally ill with a host of afflictions, malignant narcissism at the top of the list, they have only to look at his reaction to the recent security breach on Signal.

"I don't know anything about it but I can tell you I don't like the portrait of me they put up in Colorado. The artist must be getting old. That doesn't look like me at all."

Ego inanities while our nation's security is on fire with the arrested in adolescence frat bros fist-bumping and laughing about their war games in Yemen.

Other than the Editor-in-Chief of The Atlantic, the entire group should've been fired or impeached.

Their lies can be disproven immediately now. What will it take for people to stop drinking the Kool Aid? 🤦🏻‍♀️

As the late, great writer-activist Audre Lorde said, “Your silence will not protect you.”

You have to be like Alice at the end of "Alice In Wonderland" when she says "You're nothing but a pack of cards!"

Indeed, we must resist the onslaughts on the rights of all, on the theft or our resources, on the attack on the basic freedoms of all people.

But I also see that the GOP in Congress are sorely mistaken if they think that the pressure they feel to bow down or, at a minimum, to conform, will never lessen... it will only increase as Sauron gains power. The time to object is now (well, it was yesterday, but that's gone). The mob only tighten the noose around the necks of the enablers: doubts and hesitation are rewarded with increasing threats to security. First, it's financial: you could be "primaried". Next it becomes personal: Haven't had your family threatened yet? Don't worry... perhaps the example of your colleague's sudden loss will motivate you.

They are pushing the American people into a corner and without government services, many citizens will suffer and die. It's a national tragedy, and yes, it's going to get very ugly in a lot of different ways. I'm sad for all the needless pain that's being inflicted on my fellow human beings. Thanks for the comment Peter.

Action is the antidote to fear. Trying to ignore what is happening is obeying in advance and will bring dire consequences. If you think it’s bad now, wait until they win because enough good people failed to speak out and resist.
